Commercial space for shop/restaurant with fish and fish products

The new Greenfield Community Center created around the Greenfield Plaza mall is dedicated to a residential community of over 6,000 residents today, which will grow to over 8,000 by 2023. Thus, the mall serving this large community offers rental space for a variety of businesses, including banking, pharmacy, optical, home improvement, supermarket, sports and fashion. One of our proposals for this modern and versatile 104 sqm rentable space, with a 17 sqm terrace, is to develop a shop and/or restaurant with fish and fish products. The location is served by public transport, with an STB station and terminal just to the north of the Greenfield complex, next to the mall. And 2.5 km from Greenfield Plaza will be the Washington metro station, on the future metro line 6, which will connect Bucharest to Otopeni Airport.
